Carrole did an outstanding job selling our commercial property. Her expertise in the market's geographic area was instrumental in selling at the right price. Carrole was very involved from the listing to closing on the property. She made herself available all hours of the day, nights & weekends. She was able to handle any & all obstacles that came up with ease. We were very impressed with her knowledge & expertise. Most importantly, she was able to sell & close on the property in a timely manner. For a very petite little lady she is one powerful woman who knows how to get the job done. The property purchased was taken off the market during our discovery phase. Once it was relisted she notified me right away and we were able to make an offer quickly and closed weeks later. Highly Recommend!
