An EXCELLENT REALTOR! My wife and I decided to explore Pensacola as a place for us to retire. A corporate relocation specialist referred us to Carrie. I own a few homes and have worked with many Realtors over the years. Some Realtors are highly professional while others just try to wing it. Carrie was a superb professional from the start. We toured various houses together and Carrie educated us on the pros/cons of the different homes and locations. As a talented real estate "matchmaker", Carrie helped us to narrow down the right type of house and right location for us. She was able to answer all our questions to our satisfaction. Now we have to return to our home state but we'll be back and look forward to resume working with Carrie.

I am so glad Carrie was recommended to us. She is knowledgeable about neighborhood trends and easy home fixes. She gave great advice during negotiations. Her resources and recommendations made our remote purchase easy after one visit to the area.

Carrie is the best and that’s all there is to it! I mean, we didn’t put her through the ringers lol, but she was there for us every step of the way. Answered any questions we had, solved any small situation we ran into (even after closing), she even did things an agent isn’t necessarily supposed to do. She was so awesome for us in August that we contacted her again in November for another purchase.

Carrie is the best realtor that I have worked with! She assisted me in selling my condo 3 years after heaping me purchase the condo. She is professional and responsive to your needs. Carrie also helped me build my primary home over 5 years ago while I was still living out of the state! She works hard and is not only my realtor, she is my friend.
