I can’t say enough good things about Carolyn. I am a retired lawyer and I am naturally suspicious of real estate agents. She won me over from the get-go and never ceased to exceeded our expectations. She carefully explained our sales stategy, kept in touch with us at every stage of the process, and very skillfully organized the precess of showing the home (which sold in one day!).

I was told that Carolyn was the absolute best realtor around and she proved it today! Our lot was not a straightforward sale, rather it had many complexities. She was able to navigate all aspects which I attribute to her experience and attention to detail. I highly recommend Carolyn Westmoreland to anyone that is going to sell a property or their home.

We can't recommend Carolyn Westmoreland enough. She was professional and efficient in every respect. We were so impressed with her preparation for that first interview with us that we signed an agreement with her immediately. The next day she had the property photographed and an open house scheduled. A few days later we were reviewing a batch of offers, and with her excellent advice determined a buyer. She was the epitome of professionalism throughout the entire process. We especially appreciated the way she kept us informed of the hows and whys during the entire process. Even while the sale was in escrow, she stayed in touch with us regularly, assuring us that everything was proceeding as expected. We can say without reservation that because of her experience and professionalism, we do recommend her highly.

Carolyn is a warm and personable person with extensive real estate knowledge. Selling a home is very stressful and exhausting, but she was there to help us all way. She had great staging ideas and helped us make our house a showcase. She worked with us and the other broker to get sales details agreeable to both parties. Even though she undoubtably had other clients, we always felt like we were her first priority when she was helping us. We recommend her highly.
