Saw home we were liked for sale. Sign out front was EXIT Realty / Carol Gartland-Bateman. Called the posted phone number; Carol came up in 30 minutes, opened the doors, and showed the home to us. We signed a P&S within a week. Smooth and easy; start to closing. She even left a bottle of champagne in the refridgerator along with a set of glasses on the counter for my us to celebrate!
