As a first time home buyer I was looking for a realtor who I could rely on. Someone to ask both those little tedious questions (e.g. Do you think we could get away with asking them to cut down that tree?) and to make sure I understood the big picture (Are we getting a fair price here?). Carol was helpful with all of it. She knows her stuff and I trusted her opinion and recommendations.

We not only bought our house with Carol, but sold through her as well. If that doesn't say enough I don't know what would. We obviously were completely impressed with her abilities with the sales aspect of buying to continue with her services. Even more that just her knowledge and expertise, her understanding of what we wanted and personal care and concern for us was overwhelming. She takes the time to understand you as the buyer and seller! I would recommend her to any one of our friends whom maybe in the housing market on either side!! (Bought 2010, Sold 2016)

I would recommend Carol in a heartbeat! She sold us our house, helped us get the house we loved for years and then helped us sell when we needed to move. Carol was easy to work with, very honest and helpful every step of the way!
