After contacting five different agents regarding our desire to sell a piece of vacant land that we owned, we decided to work with Carla. It was just a gut instinct that turned out to be spot on. Carla was a real go getter right from the outset, and listed our property, without hesitation, for more than she thought the market might bare. She helped us consider several offers and stood by us steadfastly in our commitment to sell the property for full asking price - which we accomplished in relatively short order thanks to Carla’s in-depth knowledge of the local market and her obvious ability to close the deal. In short, my wife and I could not have been happier with our entire experience with Carla. Carla was extremely helpful through the entire process. This was my first time buying and she was always available to help me with questions and walk me through the process. I also appreciated how proactive she was in reminding me of deadlines and what I needed to do next. I highly recommend her!

After a year of listing with another agent and getting no results, I contacted Carla after recommendation from another contact. She quickly found a buyer, and then went above and beyond to get the sale closed despite the buyer's concern about an easement issue I hadn't been able to resolve. She kept in touch, gave excellent advice, and networked smoothly with everyone involved in the process of getting the property sold. I recommend her without reservation.

Carla has lived in the area for well over 20 years and has vast local knowledge. She has worked with my husband and myself for the past years on a couple of properties. Her negotiation skills are excellent! The real estate process has become more complex in the recent past and she seems to go through the process seamlessly. Carla responded quickly to our many questions and is quite thorough. We would recommend Carla Green for her real estate skills are superb!

I found Carla on both Zillow and Yelp - and chose her based upon the stellar reviews. As a result, I felt compelled to write a review to help the next buyers. Carla responded on the same day we reached out through Zillow - on a Sunday. She took our basic information and parameters, and she quickly setup a custom real estate portal where she could send us search results, and we could easily create our own searches. We then had the ability to simply save the results, mark as favorite, or discard - and this became a major communication point throughout the selection process. We probably looked at 30 homes online, and we narrowed it down to about 10. We arranged for Carla to make appointments to show up the properties. It snowed about 20" the day we were touring these houses, and Carla was fearless (and competent) in her AWD mini-van! She also knew the sub-divisions, and the area, intimately...and she went into detail about all of it while going from house to house. She met us the next day to put an offer on the house we wanted. She came prepared with statistics regarding the "percentage of asking price" each area in Park County was getting. She served as counsel when choosing how much we would offer - not volunteering a number, but giving us pros/cons supported by her data. After getting an accepted offer, Carla did well continuing to work with us as well as with the buyer agent and lender. Everything was done through eSignatures, and the process was very smooth. She attended our closing, and she offered to take us on a "fishing tour" in regards to showing us local fishing areas that were favorites to the locals...we haven't had the time to take her up on the offer yet...because we are loving our new cabin that PERFECTLY matches our personality!!
