My husband and I have only ever purchased homes and for the first time we were looking to sell one. I did not realize how emotional this would be as it was our first home where we lived happily in Redondo Beach for 18 years. Cari and her team were unbelievable. They first identified what we needed to do to make it buyer ready and then they managed the entire process. Cari was beyond patient with me and understood the turmoil I was going through at seeing my home change to let it go. Our timing was not ideal as the market started to lag, but in the end we sold at our target price due to the tenacity of Cari and the team.
