I really can't say enough good things about Cari and her team. They did an excellent job helping me sell a condo in Redondo Beach that was part of a trust. I'm located in another state and was not sure how difficult it would be to deal with the sale of this home without being present. Cari and her team did a great job and made it very easy. They literally took care of everything, and were exceptional at communicating throughout the process. I've been a licensed real estate broker for over 35 years in Colorado, and have dealt with lots of real estate agents. I would absolutely recommend Cari and her team if you're looking to buy or sell real estate. You won't be disappointed

I was a first-time seller and I couldn't have asked for a better team. Cari, Britt and their team guided me through everything with care and professionalism. They handled all the prep and logistics to get my house market ready without unnecessary expenses, staged it beautifully and marketed it perfectly, and within days I got multiple offers, and sold over asking.
