My family bought a home with her back in 2019. She went above and beyond to help us deal with the finance companies for over a month. When the house we had bid on was given a second offer, CJ got back to us right away and negotiated an immidiate sale price that was still below market value. Her husband even fixed a leak in our roof. Couldn't be happier.

I contacted Caleene for information about the Needles market. Though she had nothing to gain by helping me (I am an appraiser and was not working on a property she was involved with) she spent a great deal of time answering my questions. Her information was invaluable to me. If she is this helpful when she garners no tangible benefit, think how valuable an asset she would be to anyone as a buyer and seller in this market when she would have financial benefit motivating her too.

Web page said contact Caleene Williams for all your real estate needs, (I'm paraphrassing). I asked about the rental market, and I was quickly shuffled away to contact some other real estate type person for help with that. I contacted Caleene for help, and got redirected. I guess that is what passes for getting help for all my real estate needs. I never contacted her office again. I guess that is how things work in Needles.
