I knew Mr. Cazin would have our business when he contacted us a few times about selling after we relocated in 2011. When we were finally ready 14 years later, I called him and no one else. So smooth. Perfect communication and personal feel 12 hours away in Middle Tennessee. I can’t thank them enough. Incredibly pleasant and hard working team that will attract buyers. We have used Butch's team twice. Once to buy a house in Martinsburg, and ten years later, to sell it. We found his entire team to be professional, quick to respond, and more than helpful. We live 500 miles away, and Butch's team went above and beyond to handle all the details we were unable to attend due to distance.<br/><br/>Butch was able to tell us what needed to be done to get us the max for our home, and once those items were complete, he listed the house at the price WE wanted. The next day, the house sold.<br/><br/>All you have to do is listen to Butch, he really knows the market and how to get properties to move. Fast. Even in a down market. We got more than we expected we would and we got it fast.
