Bud listed my property for sale and brought me several offers within 10 days of going onto the MLS. I chose the best offer and we opened escrow, but then the buyers weren't quite as qualified as the buyers' agent had represented, so we were in danger of falling out of esrow. Bud connected the buyers (not even his clients) with a local mortgage lender he recommends and was still able to bring escrow to a successful close in less than 25 days! Bud was instrumental in overseeing a very smooth transaction and overcoming several issues while always maintaining his professional demeaner. He responded to my emails within hours, and he called me every week with updates. Without Bud, I would not have been able to so easily sell this property, and these buyers certainly would not now be happily living in their new home. If you have any sort of real estate needs, I would enthusiastically recommend Bud Feaster as a real estate professional.

I was selling a house and needed the proceeds from it to buy another. It was, it seemed to me, a complicated matter, but Bud put my fears at ease and made the process seem easy. I always felt he was there for me and made me feel as though I was his only client. Aside from this, and more importantly, I knew he was honest and truthfull in his dealers, not just to me, but to everyone. I highly recommend him as a real estate agent, and also as one who brings the highest qualities not only to his profession but to himself.

I sold my home using Bud as an agent and I could not have asked for a better experience. He lives in the community and knows current values for homes in the area. He provided all paper work to me with out delay and he was always available if I had any questions. I never had wait on Bud, he got things done on time. He is upfront, truthful, honest, and easy to deal with. He is real estate veteran and knows all the ins and outs of his trade. Bud's experience was very beneficial for me. I got the price I wanted with out any problems. I would definitely use Bud again in the future. Five stars.

I have wanted to sell my house for 8 years and Bud finally was able to help me sell it. I lived some distance from the house and he was so very helpful and communicative as I worked to make the necessary fixes and repairs to the house.

We had the pleasure of meeting with bud at a home we found on Zillow but this was not the home for us. Bud did continue to look for the perfect home for us in which he did find. His professionalism is exceptional. We would recommend him to any one looking for an agent who is on top of things
