I requested a tour via the app and was connected with Bryan. He called me shortly after and we talked about the logistics. It was a pleasant conversation; I didn’t expect any issues. He said he’d get back to me with a confirmed time. I never heard from him. No response to my 2 emails or text. I don’t live in NC so I reached out through the app again and was partnered with another realtor who cares enough to at least respond after the initial call.

Would give Bryan five stars in all of the above things and would give more than five stars in the area of negotiation skills i.e. when it came to the back-and-forth Bryan expertly and with such a nice touch kept us all together, reminding us of what we were trying to get done.
