As soon as I contacted Brooke to sell my 2 properties she went to work. I had one of them listed for a year with another out of town agent, with no result. Brooke had both my properties sold within a few months. Great job! I would recommend her to anyone buying or selling property.

Working with Danielle was and amazing experience. I never thought buying a house would be so easy. Danielle always took the time to explain things and made me feel like I was her only client. Any problems we came across she was able to tackle in a very timely manner. I would highly recommend using Danielle again, what a great experience.

Kristen made the entire experience seamless for me. Selling a house is not easy, especially when doing it alone but Kristen was always supportive of my decisions and had great insight and helped me make the best choices that would best suit my interests. She never led me astray and I truly felt like we were working together throughout the entire process. All in all, it was a wonderful experience and I look forward to working with Kristen again soon to help me find my new house!

My husband and I worked together with Vivan for about a year, to buy and sell property. We were particular in our quest to find our dream house, so it took some time. She was patient and forthcoming sending us listings to see, and was informative and knowledgeable about our market. She did find us our dream house, and also sold our property in about a week! She negotiated a great deal for us on both properties and always responded immediately to our needs throughout the process of buying and selling. I highly recommend Vivan Kozey for all of your real estate needs.
