Brittany was a joy to work with. From start to finish, she was responsive and kept us informed during the home buying process. She listened to our wants and helped us find the perfect home. We appreciated the Milstead team’s experience and knowledge in the local market and construction/building process. We highly recommend Brittany, and would use her again to sell our home in the future if it was ever needed.

Where do I even begin... typically selling your home gets labeled as being very stressful and a taxing experience at best. When we chose to move forward with listing our home with Milstead Real Estate, I had complete confidence in Brittany's ability to help us with this transaction, but our entire experience with her work ethic far superseded my already high expectations. Brittany and Tyler were on top of everything from the first walk through and meeting prior to listing, to every showing along the way, and every detail leading up to our closing. It was as though she could read my mind, and was sending me information or answers to questions prior to my even asking them. Her guidance through the sale of our beloved family home during this crazy time that is 2020 made everything feel safe, confirmed, and effortless. I have never worked with a more thorough or diligent Realtor in previous real estate transactions, as we were supported by with Brittany. She was honest about the staging of the home prior to listing, our listing price which in turn became our actual sales price and even went above and beyond with her own due diligence of confirming the soundness of the potential buyers offers that we received, by speaking with their lenders directly. It was truly the best , and easiest real estate transaction I have ever been involved in. We have found our Realtor for life, and as long as Brittany is licensed where we buy or sell she will be the one conducting those transactions for us. Purchasing or selling a home is a very emotional, stressful, and exciting time, and there is not a more dedicated Realtor out there to help you through this decision than Brittany Milstead.

Brittany and Tyler were AMAZING, I highly recommend you enlist them for buying or selling your home! They were both super helpful in my quest to purchase my dream house - from initial visit, to negotiations, to inspection and ideas on repairs, to researching insurance options, and finally supporting me at and through the closing! Communication was spot-on, and they were great at explaining what the process would be and why, without it being overwhelming. You'll be thrilled you chose them, I know I am!!!
