Cassie was terrific from beginning to end. It took months for us to find the perfect house and she never once lost patience or pressured us to lower expectations. We really appreciated Cassie’s calming presence - she has the exact demeanor you’d want in an agent when you make such a big decision and purchase! Cassie Stokes of Lake Life Realty is an amazing real estate agent. She listed and closed on our home in 30 days. She takes such pride of the services she offers and goes beyond to satisfy sellers and buyers. She was always pleasant, professional and focused on her task at hand. She is the person you need when buying or selling a home. She understands the connection you have with your property and your neighbors. Every time she needed to access our home she was thoughtful, caring and left the home as she found it or staged to the point you second guess should I sell. March 2025: Had the pleasure of working with Stephanie on a second transaction in the area. She is super responsive and a great communicator, has a good pulse on the local real estate market to offer good and effective suggestions when writing an offer, and is overall just in regular contact throughout the whole process.
