Cassie Stokes of Lake Life Realty is an amazing real estate agent. She listed and closed on our home in 30 days. She takes such pride of the services she offers and goes beyond to satisfy sellers and buyers. She was always pleasant, professional and focused on her task at hand. She is the person you need when buying or selling a home. She understands the connection you have with your property and your neighbors. Every time she needed to access our home she was thoughtful, caring and left the home as she found it or staged to the point you second guess should I sell. March 2025: Had the pleasure of working with Stephanie on a second transaction in the area. She is super responsive and a great communicator, has a good pulse on the local real estate market to offer good and effective suggestions when writing an offer, and is overall just in regular contact throughout the whole process. So glad we were able to work with Stephanie on another real estate transaction- thank you, Stephanie! June 2023: I recently relocated to the Lakes Region for a job opportunity and started researching realtors well in advance. The Lake Life team quickly caught my eye because of all of the positive reviews online. My process included selling my home out of state while also buying in NH and Stephanie worked with all of my moving pieces and made the process easy and low-stress. Cassie did a phenomenal job with our property in Meredith. She was actually the second realtor involved after the first totally failed both on the listing price and the subsequent process. We should’ve started with Lake Life Realty and Carrie who did her homework and presented us with a list of ‘things to do’ and comparable properties leading to the listing price.
