We couldn’t have asked for a better real estate agent than Brittny to guide us through selling our house and diving into the new to us world of building our new home. She made the entire process feel seamless, even when things got complicated with some bumps in the road for our new build. Brittny did an outstanding job in helping purchase my home. She was knowledgeable in the areas I was looking at. She was very helpful in identifying a home that would meet my needs. She would check in to let me know what was happening in the housing market. She was professional by returning my calls promptly. Brittny was always on time when we had an appointment to view a home. She listen to what I wanted and didn’t want in a home. I would recommend her to assist in selling or buying a home.

Sean gave great advice on how to make our house most appealing to buyers and more importantly, how to price it appropriately to attract attention and gain interest to motivate buyers to submit offers. He was very communicative throughout the whole process and readily available to answer questions or address concerns. Working with a realtor who has been in this area for a long time was also really beneficial as he had many contacts working with potentially interested buyers. 10/10 would recommend working with Sean!

Marshal is one of the hardest most ethical realtors I have ever come across. He goes above and beyond and has the patience of a saint. Buying or selling you can't go wrong. He takes and invests personal interest into his clients. Hands down he is second to none.

Marshall helped guide me through the process of being a first time home buyer. He was professional and always looking out for my best interest. His negotiation skills allowed us to secure a high demand house and in the middle of our acceptable range. His recommendations for title company and inspection were top-notch and he even got us in contact with various contractors post-close for updates to critical parts of the house.
