Brian did a super job with our sale. He told us what buyers were looking for and made suggestions for upgrades that would pay for themselves at time of sale. Once upgrades were complete and we were ready to move forward, Brian and his team ensured that we got coverage on pages associated with every realtor service. The end result of all of this was that we accepted and an offer in six days which was 7% higher than our asking price. We closed less than 30 days later.

Brian was recommended highly by a former neighbor. He provided excellent service and advice even before I officially signed up for his services. He and his staff were always available for questions and assistance if needed. His services helped the sale go quickly and smoothly. I couldn't have asked for an easier transition. I worked with Jennifer Scicchitano from Brian's team on both selling a house and then buying a new home in Howard County. Jen is exceptionally knowledgeable, savvy and experienced agent. Always responsive, always in touch, on top of the latest news and knows exactly how to navigate the rough waters of today's market to accomplish your goals. I was in a very difficult situation having to sell and buy in a short timeframe and Jen miraculously did just that.
