Mr. Balestracci, Brian Was Key Factor with the Purchase of my House July 2023 in North Attleboro MA 02760. Originally the House was On the Market for $117k But Brian made a Counter-offer for $90k. The Seller & Owner said She would Consider $110k but Brian Once again made the Counteroffer for $95k in Cash!! The Owner Agreed and I Purchased my House in North Attleboro MA for $95k within One week I was in my Own House.
