Brett was assigned to me when my wife and I requested to view a property online. It took about five minutes for us to feel like we had known him for a while. He quickly began to identify key elements of what we were looking for in our new home, location and plans for the future. The initial house we wanted to view didn't pan out, but Brett kept in touch with us and had a few listings in our laps for review within a day. Several days later he had us inside a property that we only needed one visit to approve of. Like many first time home buyers, I was unsure how the process unfolded once we made an offer. Brett stepped in and told me exactly what was going to happen, and he didn't miss a single detail. Not one. The process started out a bit overwhelming with the amount of plates that needed to start spinning, but everything happened in the exact order that Brett explained. In truth, the single element out of this whole transaction that I am most grateful for would be that I wasn't surprised by anything throughout this entire process. Brett had me prepared for every step in the process by at least a day or two. He made sure that we were organized and ready when it was our turn to make things happen for the purchase to take place so that no one was waiting on us, and I believe that made all the difference. Brett's professionalism was off the charts, but his genuine personality and behavior are what made me feel comfortable. It was a pleasure to work with him, and we are blessed that he was the one to guide us through it all.

Brett and Kristen were a huge help in getting our house sold. They went above and beyond helping us get the house ready. They also made sure our questions were answered and were always available with anything we needed. If you need someone who will work hard for you they are the ones to call!!!

An all around amazing experience working with Brett and his wife Kristen. Both made the home buying process so much easier on my wife and I. Both were amazing through out the entire process all the way up to closing day. They made it feel like they were as personally invested in buying a home as we were. There are a ton of agents in Lubbock and we are forever grateful we went with Brett and Kristen Mullins.

I don’t have enough amazing things to say about Brett! My husband and I are first time home buyers and he hand walked us through the entire process. He made sure that every appointment we had set in place was well worth our time. He lined up homes for us to view that fit my needs and wants and in the end he found us our PERFECT home within our budget. He really truly made the home buying process fun, exciting and super comfortable. Out of all the agents we met with Brett felt like the best fit for our family.
