Brandelyn is true champ! She was extremely helpful guiding our long distance property search and played a key role in helping us at each step in the process: locating a very specific list of difficult to find properties, providing local knowledge of each area, touring prospects, formulating an offer, arranging a multitude of inspectors, helping arrange mortgage broker, and shepherding the closing process. She made what would normally be "root canal" actually become an enjoyable process. Thank you Brandelyn.

Working with Brandelyn felt more than working with just a realtor. It felt like I was working with a friend that I’ve know for a while. Super friendly and extremely professional. Brandy helped us to find our new home in Alabama. House hunting in one State from another State during a pandemic can be challenging. She showed us the home virtually before we decided to make the 3 hour drive to see it. If there was a time that she didn’t have the specifics about any of the properties we were interested in it didn’t take long before she got back to us with the information. She agreed to evening phone calls with us when we weren’t available during the day. She assisted us in finding and scheduling a local painter. Thank you, Brandy!
