Right from the start Brad was pleasant, welcoming and able to adroitly guide us through both the buying and selling processes. He was always available and ready to help with our questions. In particular, he was extremely helpful with several questions that arose from a complex HOA situation. In short, I would describe Brad as the Ultimate Professional as he continued to treat us respectfully, even after our dog nipped at him. Thank you, Brad! The Sunset 3.

Very professional, high attention to detail, and great communication. We have worked with him on a couple of separate real estate projects and plan to use him for any future ones as well. One of these was an out of state purchase and the coordination, planning, and efficiency was excellent. Highly recommended!

Brad was awesome during the whole process and went above and beyond in everything that he did. He was responsive, very helpful in doing everything that was needed, and gave honest opinion on every recommendations. I would highly recommend Brad.

I moved to Sioux Falls from out of state and connected with Brad early on - the best thing I could’ve done! During our first meeting he provided a wealth of information about real state, the city, and life here. He helped me find a temporary rental and was absolutely brilliant in assisting me with my home purchase. I warned him that I’m picky and ask lots of questions, and he handled my million questions with patience and a supportive attitude. We started talking about looking for a home on a Thursday, looked a several places, and 8 days later I put an offer and the rest is history. He was very helpful along the way, kept me informed about each step and what to expect, and helped make the process a breeze. I could not recommend him enough!
