We had a really great experience working with Bozena to purchase a home. She helped us navigate a particularly difficult buyer's market with patience, knowledge, and honesty. We put in offers on multiple houses and asked a lot of questions about every home we were interested in. Bozena was always as thorough as possible, never rushing us, and always patiently talking through every decision we made. We truly felt supported throughout the entire process and are so thrilled with the home we purchased. We would highly recommend working with Bozena!!

Bozena is truly outstanding at what she does! I cannot recommend her highly enough!! Talented, professional, knowledgeable and above all DEDICATED!!! My story: I was up against the clock to find a new place to rent as my landlord suddenly decided to rent out the house to summer renters from NYC. I had nine days to find a place and move all my stuff. The first day after I received notice, I attempted to coordinate myself with the agents for places I was interested in and it did not go very smoothly or swiftly. I was very anxious and stressed. One of my best friends who had recently bought a house told me I needed to contact his agent - Bozena. I reached out at almost 8pm and she got back to me within less than an hour and overnight organized eight showings for the following morning! Of the eight places, only two suited my needs. When I told her I preferred one of the two she moved so quickly! She basically handled the whole process and we signed the lease and closed almost immediately. In addition, she fought for some repairs and cleaning and sanitation and even pointed out a couple things I missed that she also got the landlord to swiftly handle. I am soo happy with the place. It is truly perfect for me! Overall, moving is incredibly stressful and Bojena alleviates so much of that stress!!

We were thoroughly impressed with Bozena when we sold our house this past year. Her advice on repairs, staging, pricing and marketing were all spot on. This led to the quick sale we were looking for, plus she helped make sure that we got the perfect closing date. She is knowledgeable, professional, punctual, flexible, friendly, thorough…..we really can’t say enough good things. Definitely went above and beyond!!!

We have worked with Bozena over several years. Wouldn't think of using anyone else. Very nice to work with, determined to make things work well for both sides of the transaction. Hugely knowledgeable about the market and 'all things real estate'. A PRO, in the nicest sense of the word.

I've worked with Bozena on a number of real estate transactions most of which were not your "typical" transactions due to timing and location needs. Bozena was the ultimate professional though out each transaction. She kept here cool during difficult negotiations, was always pleasant and available through out the process. Bozena took her time to get to know us and our requirements. She made sure to preview and take us to see houses that fit those needs and requirements and didn't waste our time showing us any old house just to make a sale. It would be a cliche and and understatement to say that not only would I use her again, but would highly recommend her.
