Contacted Bonnie to look at a property to purchase with a VA loan. Bonnie has no idea how they work, and will misinform veterans about how they can use their loans. Find someone else.

Our family chose Bonnie to list our mother's house after she passed away. Bonnie was very helpful in helping us select a reasonable asking price, and staging the home in a beautiful way. She definitely stayed on top of things throughout the whole process, and kept us informed throughout. Although there were a few bumps along the way, with Bonnie's help, the home is now sold! Thanks for all your help!

She is a joy to work with, response to you in addict timing, knows what she is doing. She did her research of the house in the area. Our house was advertised in many ways, local radio, Facebook just to name a few. We had over 6 showings the day after it was posted and many more days after. Bonnie has an outgoing personality and is respectfully and caring, an overall great person. I would recommend her to anyone.

Bonnie was seemed basically masterful at her job. Any question we had she had the answer or would find out for us. Very quick responses to our questions. She also got us a better value out of our home then we ever dreamed of. If you need someone with great knowledge or get you the best deal, then you should be going to Bonnie Carlson.
