Bob and Andrea sold my fiancée Ashley and I our first house on 8/9. Ashley and I both agree that Bob’s and Andrea’s connection with the selling agent enabled us to to ultimately win the offer. In a market where demand is astronomical, Bob and Andrea learned what was important to the seller and selling agent, and we crafted our offer as such. Very keen in negotiating and will go the extra mile to close deals. Bob helped my company locate , negotiate and close on several properties. He walk us through the complete process and when things seem to have fallen apart, he some how managed to put the pieces back together again. I look forward to working with Bob this year!

Working with bob Cervone exceeded all my expectations. As a first time homebuyer, I was not familiar with the terminology or the best process people to involve. Right away bob was incredibly friendly and took time to sit down with my wife and I to determine what would be good for for us. Bob was willing to meet us late in the evening to view our home and put together all paperwork really relieved my stress level even though we were on a very tight timeframe. I truly believe his expertise helped tremendously in our offer getting accepted. I highly recommended Bob!!!

Bob is amazing. I highly recommend him as your agent. He's really patience, professional and flexible to assist you. He kept us informed step by step through the process and replied back quickly. My brother and I both had Bob assisted us buying our houses. We couldn't ask for a better agent.
