Ben and Katie did a fantastic job in helping sell my home. I highly recommend Ben if you need to buy or sell! I don't know the photographer that was used but he took really good pictures.

It was great working with Ben. We were previously looking for a property for 2 months and didn't have any luck on closing anything. First day we worked with Ben, we put in an offer the first day and by the next day we were under contract.

Ben was wonderful to work with! He is so knowledgeable and was so helpful in knowing how, where, what, and when to buy our first investment property. He also knew who to direct us to for property management services, contractors, insurance agents, etc… We will continue to use his services for sure!

Ben was very "First Time Investor" friendly and super helpful on both the purchase and sale of my first flip in Birmingham.
