I recently hired Renee to sell my parents' house in Shingle Springs. At our initial meeting, she explained her marketing strategy and then put together a beautiful listing for the house. Her hard work and knowledge of the real estate market resulted in a lot of interest in the house and to multiple offers and then to a quick close. Her communication and ability to advocate for me as the seller resulted in a mutually agreeable outcome. Her professionalism and guidance through the entire process was invaluable. I would highly recommend Renee to anyone trying to buy or sell a house.

Our experience with Renée was good and we definitely will do business with her in the future. We had a 1031 Exchange so time schedules were very important. Renée was very conscious of this and was in contact with us making sure that the others involved in the process were aware of happenings on her end.
