We couldn’t have asked for a better realtor! From day one Beatrice's guidance, patience, and positivity made what could have been a stressful process actually enjoyable. Beatrice was fantastic! We had used another realtor for 4 months with no success in selling our home. We understood that the market was tight, but the first day we met with Beatrice at the house she had some very direct observations about why we weren't getting any reasonable offers. We listened to her advice about some interior and exterior items that would greatly enhance the overall visual appeal. She recommended some vendors that wouldn't "break the bank" and we were extremely pleased with the finished look. We received multiple offers within 2 days of listing the house and accepted one that was above our asking price! We would recommend Beatrice to anyone who wants to sell their house because she produces results. She was very responsive and kept us informed throughout the process. We can't say enough good things about her to express our sincere appreciation. Thank you!
