I dealt with Barbie both purchasing a parcel of land and selling a parcel in Maryland. I was an out of state client increasing the potential complexity of the transactions. However, Barbie was professional, knowledgeable and result oriented. I was able to accomplish both transaction in a timely manner as Barbie navigated all the items to the finish line. She knows how to fit the pieces into a success for all. Plus she is a delight to interact with.

Barbie was the best! We had to make our move before the house even went on the market. She took care of everything on the front side, during and for the closing. She was super helpful, thorough and made the whole process so much easier. If you want an agent who really cares...choose Barbie!

Barbie is awesome, we’ve worked with her for years. She helped us by and sell our house, my parent’s house and a bunch of our friends. She doesn’t beat around the bush, she’s honest, works fast, easy to get ahold of and always get back to us quickly with any question we have…..everything a great realtor should be. We’d never use anyone else!!!! Barbie is the BEST!!!

Barbie Harshman is hands down, no question about it, the absolute best Real Estate agent in the marketplace. She helped save my wife and I from a very troublesome situation that we had with a previous agent / buyer quickly which allowed us to still realize the construction of our dream home. With our first agent, we had a deal that fell through the day before closing and couldn’t even recoup our deposit. It cost us a tremendous amount of money, moving out (7) months prematurely and still having to pay mortgage payments, and living expenses at a new “short term home” while our house was being built. I should have gone with my gut originally and selected Barbie as our agent. From day 1, I knew we were in the best of care. She immediately jumps in and gives her 110% effort. Unlike other realtors, you can tell she truly cares about her clients. She came to our house same day, reviewed it and gave her true representation and analysis of our home. She developed a game plan and acted on it expeditiously. Within days, she was at our home herself, helping out with the landscaping to improve our curb appeal, garden gloves and shovel in hand. Who else would do this, answer is nobody? In conjunction to diving in headfirst, she had her personal list of quality contractors come through and estimate the few repairs that were suggested, got approval from us and moved on them immediately. She has an excellent team of networked friends and companies, streamlining the process and making your home sellable much quicker. Talk about the “total package”. Within 30 days, she had helped us make the necessary changes, re-list a property that was left stagnant for 7 months, and got us a quality buyer, and ensured closing went smoothly. I swear, we have done this enough to know, trust me, she is a great communicator, the hardest working, results driven, true professional, real estate expert. You want the best results, there is nobody better than Barbie Harshman. We surely learned our lesson and won’t ever go anywhere else when buying or selling a home in the future.
