I cannot recommend Barbara enough! I reached out to her without any prior notice, and she responded immediately, offering her help right away. Although the first home we looked at didn’t work out, Barbara worked hard to find suitable alternatives. I had a very specific set of requirements, and she worked to find a property that checked every box for me. We found the perfect home on just our third attempt, and I absolutely love it! Barbara worked very closely with the seller to ensure all my needs were met during the closing process.

My wife and I really had an excellent experience with Barbra. We were "first timers" and had pretty much no idea what we were doing but Barbara did a fantastic job at answering all our questions and giving good, unbiased, advice. She worked very quickly when we needed answers to something and was an asset in helping us understand how much we can offer as buyers and how to best negotiate with the seller. She also brings a fun personality into the equation and was easy to talk to and get along with. We look foward to working with her in the future!

Barbara Phillips did an outstanding job from the very start. she is extremely knowledgeable , understanding , friendly, kind, and excellent at her job. I hired her to sell my brother’s house in Morgantown WV so he could move to assisted living in Dayton, Ohio. And I am so glad I found her. Barbara looked at the house with her associate Jason, and they made a reasonable offer for my brother to be able to sell his house and car, and get his money very quickly. The closing was only a couple days later, and the money was in his checking account the next day. Barbara has excellent communication skills, and kept me fully apprised of each step in the sale. She also checked on my brother and me numerous times, and fully understood our issues. Barbara was amazing, and I totally recommend her without question to anyone who is looking for a Realtor. you absolutely cannot go wrong with Zbarbara Phillips!

I was very fortunate to meet Barbara as a referral from an agent that helped my buy my next home in MD. I was very stressed about the amount of work that would need to be done for me to clear out my old home in WV to move into a smaller 2 level condo. I expressed this to Barbara and she immediately sent me local references for both moving and for junk removal. I used her references for junk removal and in 1 week was able to get rid of 80% of my old home to charity and junk and packed up the rest. My move went smoothly after that and I was finally left with a bare house that had to be remodeled to sell at the maximum value in her opinion. She recommended Jasim in WV and after his month of work, Barbara felt it was ready for market sold it in 3 days!! She is a total pro and is responsive 24/7 to any of my concerns. Go for it, and and take a risk of remodel if your house is in a good area and it means getting your house its true value. I more than recovered the huge cost of that remodel compared to selling it as is.

Barbara was great to work with. I was buying from out of state and she was able to assist me with finding the right property all the way to closing and transferring utilities. I would recommend her services to anyone.
