When the time came to sell, I knew exactly who I was going to call. You see...I have had the pleasure of having Barb help me buy and sell before. She helped me sell my condo and buy this duplex I just sold. And If I remained in Lake county, and needed a realtor again, I would certainly call upon her again. Barb has always assured me that my interests and concerns come first. As my representative, I felt she could address any issues that would come up (none ever did). From the first day we began working together, she explained to me how the process will take place, what I should expect, and important deadlines that will occur. She networked with other respected realtors to help find the best buyer for me. When she says she's your friend in reality, she means it. I do think of her as a friend.

Amard (Rob) was phenomenal to work with. My partner and I were looking to rent and we had a very short and expedited timeline. Rob made it happen even sooner than we needed. His communication throughout the process was outstanding. I highly recommend him to anyone in the area. Rob was professional, timely, knowledgeable, friendly, and communicative. I could not be more pleased with his service!

I’ve known Barb for over 14 years. We first met when she helped me with renting a townhome. A year later, I looked to buy one for myself. Fast forward to the last few months and she helped me sell the townhome. Throughout the years, we’ve kept in contact and I know I can trust her implicitly. She’s not just a realtor, but also a friend!

Theresa was the best! She gave us great advice on how to get our condo ready for sale, recommended affordable professionals to spruce the place up pre-sale. Once listed, Theresa stayed on top of things, monitoring activity, and advising as to next moves as changes in the market dictated changes on our end. She was 100% responsive and professional and gave us expert advise at every step of the way. She truly went above and beyond to ensure the sale closed on time.
