This review is from the perspective of a future tenant. The Portland rental market can be somewhat overwhelming. One has to move fast and it is certainly difficult to be a prospective tenant. Because the rental market is so competitive, it is easy for management companies and prospective owners to brush people aside and be unprofessional, which was how we were treated until Bailey listed a rental property (and our future home!). Bailey was a breath of fresh air in a competitive rental market. She consistently communicated efficiently, professionally and with kindness. She was committed to making a good match between us and the owner instead of just filling the property as quickly as possible. She is clearly detail oriented, committed to her work, and will take whatever you need from her to the next level. To whoever reads this, know that whether you are a future tenant or attempting to find one, she will work with you to find your perfect match and do so with professionalism, thoroughness and genuine enthusiasm.

I worked with Bailey in 2023 to sell my (first) home in Wells, and I can’t recommend her and her team enough! She is incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, and professional, and she made the entire process so comfortable and seamless. She managed to sell my home over asking, with multiple offers in only a week or so, despite my having some contingencies and unusual circumstances. Absolutely every detail is considered with Bailey, and I can’t imagine having a better experience!

Bailey is a realtor who puts the needs of her clients above her own. She honestly cares about people and fights hard for her clients. What really impressed me about her is her immediate follow up as we were negotiating our offer and navigating through the closing process. She was so encouraging and gave extremely practical and professional advice as we worked through buying our home. We are so grateful to her and her team for everything they did to help us find the right home for our family. She is by far the best real estate agent that I've ever had the privilege of working with.

Bailey was truly one of the best! From the very beginning she listened to our needs, delivered quality attention to us and created such a breeze of an experience for us. We met Bailey to buy our retirement home. We put our list together of all our wants and nots! We were coming from MA so we wanted to book as many house we could see in over a weekend. She booked us solid, we drove from house to house then landed halfway through our list at a house that was everything on our list. We walked through and fell in love. She booked us again to see it the next day. The owners met us there and we knew this was our home. Bailey was amazing through the whole process. She took the time to get to know us, our needs, wants, making the process easy, and she found us our forever home! Last year we sold our home in MA and moved here full time. This home was not for our retirement, weekend warriors but it was to plant our roots with our children and create our most happiest memories and humble ourselves with simpler living connecting with nature and loving life. I would recommend Bailey over and over again. We certainly were blessed she came into our lives to help us start a new chapter. Thank you Bailey ??
