Tim was amazing to work with! He takes the time to get to know you. He cares about the people he works with. He's an amazing broker and an even more amazing person/friend. He knows a lot (if not everything) about Maryland and surrounding areas. Moving across country comes with a lot of anxiety. Tim made us feel at ease. We always looked forward to meeting with him. Eventually we couldn't view houses in person. Tim was the best to work with through that process. He was so thorough in how he showed the houses to us. We were warned to never buy a house unseen but with Tim's detail we felt we were there and had very little hesitancy putting an offer on our house. We were more than ecstatic to buy a house but it was also sad knowing we wouldn't be working as closely with Tim anymore. 100% we would recommend him to anyone and everyone looking to buy a house!!
