Incredibly helpful, trustworthy and knowledgeable! Austin made selling our family home, which was a very emotional decision, as easy as he possibly could have. He gave us advice along the way with our best interest in mind, not just dollar signs, but what was actually best for us and what he would do if he were in our shoes. It was like working with a friend who wanted the best for you! There is no one better to have worked with on this sale, and we are truly grateful for all of the time, knowledge, and care that Austin contributed to this sale. Would absolutely work with him again in the future!

Austin Lapp is a superstar. He advised us on all aspects of the sales process, from getting our property ready for sale right through closing. He was always available to talk or meet with us and checked on the property often when we could not be there. He did a masterful job advertising the property in various ways (including with high quality photos and drone shots). He also helped us arrange numerous services through his extensive contacts in the Finger Lakes region. Best of all, he was a joy to work with. We are pleased to give Austin our highest recommendation.
