Aubra was amazing! She is very communicative and made selling a house very easy. She took care of everything and kept me informed of when showings were happening and when she sent me documents to sign. The house was already posted in a couple of days with showings and offers came in very quickly. She was knowledgeable and explained good vs great offers for a first time home seller. I wish I would have used her when I bought my first house! Highly recommend.

It was such a relief knowing Aubra was handling my property in IL while I lived in another state. I appreciated how responsive she was to all my questions, and was thrilled with the outcome.

In short, my experience with Aubra was terrible. She never responded in a timely manner. I was buying a home that Aubra was the listing agent on and I definitely wish I would have not bought from her. There is a renter in the house I bought and she waited 10days to respond to my realtor on if they were in a lease or not, when they were served the eviction(which took 12days) and even told the tenant I had supposedly said I’d continue renting to her(according to the tenant). I was then promised credits because the tenant wasn’t evicted in time and living there for a month under my possession, I lost those credits due to something she had done with the seller and wasn’t told until 22hrs before closing that I’d need an additional $1600 to replace those credits. Also she took 2 weeks to even list my house as sold on websites. Also when I asked for a retraction on my offer due undisclosed information she ignored my realtor for a week until I finally said whatever just go ahead(currently homeless and didn’t have time to waste) she replied almost instantly. I’m now over a month out from purchasing my home and still not able to live in it because the tenant is fighting me. I’m sure there’s more I’m forgetting as it’s been a month but I definitely will be recommending anyone to avoid working with Aubra if at all possible.

Elizabeth exceeded our dreams of what a great realtor would be from the start. She found great comparable to help us with pricing, was timely in taking photos, and answered every one of our questions and concerns promptly. We had never met her prior to our experience and she was always available to answer our questions and smooth our concerns. We sold our home in record time and she was there on the last day to help us remove unwanted items and to say good bye- she will be our Realtor For Life!

Aubra and her team did an incredible job for our family. Communication skills are the key to any relationship and with Aubra, it was evident how much she truly cares about her clients. Our concerns were her highest priority and because of that, the sale of the family home and subsequent purchase of a new home was an absolute success. I recommend Aubra and her team to everyone!
