Ashima is extremely easy to work with, and is communicative and proactive. When the house we were looking to buy had its price reduced and we were heading to the airport for an international flight, she worked quickly and made our purchase possible. She also gave so much guidance, keeping us connected while we traveled. Highly recommend!

We recently used Ashima to help us find our home and would highly recommend her to friends and family. We have known Ashima as a friend for years but had not used her as a realtor until recently relocating back to the area. As soon as we mentioned we were interested in a few different areas in the state she quickly set up some email alerts with many different parameters and scenarios to give us different options to think through. She helped us branch out to think about different areas that we may not have considered before. Once we found a few listings we liked, we let her know when we were available and she organized about 15 showings over two days for us (with less than 48 hours notice)! That was a feat in itself, but she was thoughtful on the timing, allowing breaks, lunch and time at each property. She was able to understand our needs and wants and anticipate our feedback on a house before we went. We found two houses we loved and she coached us through making an offer on the first (which we, thankfully, ended up losing), and then ultimately making and securing an offer on our new home (which was the one we should have bid on first lol). There was a lot of back and forth between the sellers and us and she was on top of all communications; even working while out of the country on vacation. We ended up with our dream home and felt good about where the negotiations had ended up. I can not say enough positive things about our experience working with her and would work with her again in a heartbeat!

Ashima stood out the moment she stepped into my home and pointed out tips and recommendations for selling my home that I hadn't heard from other realtors. Throughout the entire process of the sale, her experience really showed how professional and comfortable she was. I would highly recommend Ashima to anyone looking to buy or sell!

We recently sold a 2 family home in MA and moved to a condo in NH. Our realtor was Ashima Scripp. Her knowledge and recommendations were outstanding. She quickly responded to all our questions and concerns. Ashima made us feel that she was truly working for us to make the transition go as smoothly as possible. We give her an A+ both as a realtor and as a caring and trustworthy person.
