April is a fantastic realtor with great skills, tenacity, and patience. She went well above and beyond the call of duty to sell the home of our mom who was elderly and often went to check on her to make sure she was okay. The sale was extended several times due to a complex P&S (on the buyer's side) and April consistently kept the deal square and followed it through to closing, making sure all parties including attorneys were abreast of all nuances to changes. I can't say enough positive things about April and would highly recommend her as a buyers' agent or as a listing agent for your home. You will always be in good hands with April.
