Let me tell you, Angelo is AMAZING! He is so helpful and resourceful. I was with another agent until she decided that she was unable to continue to work in realty. She gave my information to Angelo and he called me the same day! He was soo polite and engaging through the entire phone call. I gave him a little of my backstory and what areas i was looking for. Angelo was Johnny on the spot and was able to find several homes within my budget. I have a 6 year old and he was very attentive to my son’s request for a home too….he only wanted a big yard so he could get a trampoline and pool lol he’s a simple kid lol. Myself on the other hand, i had more requirements but nothing unreasonable. I had a fixer upper in the past and i knew that i did not want to go back down that road again moving forward. I knew that i wanted a 3 bedroom at least 1 bath Ranch style home with a basement and nice size yard for the kiddo. Angelo would send me homes for us to look at and he would point out things along the way when looking at the homes. We finally found a home that we loved in a nice quiet neighborhood in Warren on the border of Madison Heights. We put in the offer the same day that the home hit the market. Angelo advocated for me on that deal and thanks to him advising me to write a letter of intent to the homeowner, we were able to secure the home and closed under 30 days! Without Angelo, we probably would still be looking. Now me and my son have a safe suitable home to call our own! Thank you so much Angelo for all your hard work for me and Ben throughout this process. I will be referring all of my friends that are ready to buy, right on over to Angelo. He really made the process easy and kept me informed at every step. Angelo has even texted/called to check in on us to make sure we settled into our home. It’s the little touches like that, that makes a great working relationship! Thank you Angelo!
