Annette is an amazing person and realtor. She does the investigation on things and will make sure you get what is fair and deserving. We purchased our home from out state and she helped in so many ways from helping get me to view the homes after a quick flight out to all of the knowledge for different laws and regulations we are not used to. You will not go wrong using Annette to help you find your dream home from start to finish. Annette was so wonderful to work with! She made sure to show us all of our options on the market. She worked hard to make sure we got the house we wanted and deserved! She was extremely knowledgeable about the market in the areas we were looking to buy. We were first time homebuyers so we had some nerves about it as most first timers do, she was there to calm our nerves every step of the way. She went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of like we were her only client even thought we weren’t! I cannot recommend her enough!

It was time for my family to sell my father’s home. It was an emotional time, and I did not live close. I needed someone I could trust, and who would be an advocate for our family. Annette is brilliant, compassionate and gets things done! Annette is extremely knowledgeable and handled the process of selling our home from beginning to end without a worry on my part. Annette was amazing from the first phone call to connect. Moving across the country can be extremely stressful and jarring. Annette assured me a month before I move that she would go above and beyond for me, but only when I was ready. Once I landed in Knoxville and let Annette it was time to search for my forever home, she wasted no time. She made time quickly to meet and go over what I was looking for. She is able to read between the lines and really understand what you are looking. Within a day, we were off and found the house of my dreams. Annette went to work to secure the house within my means and with my total interest at heart. The communication, speed and authenticity of Annette's work ethic was nothing short of amazing!
