Anna did an outstanding job selling my house so quickly. I'd witnessed her success previously with a house she sold in my neighborhood and made a note of it. She was the only one I considered when I was searching for a competent RE agent. She walked me through the process with ease. She was so helpful in getting my house on the market. She was willing to do whatever it took to assist and did not hesitate to pitch right in. I appreciated her diligence and sales experience. I was very pleased with the offer as she negotiated it over the asking price. I would highly recommend Anna Wolfe and Spire One Realty.

I listed with another agent, Anna was the buyers' agent. My agent goofed up by saying I could sell my house FHA and I could not, but was stuck in the contract since I signed it while the buyers tried to figure it out. The problem was that I was contingent on my dream home in Boise, and had to sell fast or lose home and 10k earnest money. Long story short, Anna, who obviously cared for her clients, did everything to make the deal happen when they had to switch to conventional even giving up some of her commission, something she didn't tell me immediately, and would not have closed she had not done that. And she only told me after the close when I asked about something related to it. She was the most amazing agent in every way. Responsive, hard-working, and kind. I wish I would have listed with her as my agent was horrible. The deal would have fallen apart if not for Anna, I can never express how thankful I am for her. I recommend her to anyone and will in my personal contacts as she was the best agent I have ever met. After the sale, she continued to check in on me and the buyers. She obviously goes above and beyond any agent, I have ever met, and added with a beautiful personality I can't recommend her enough!

Our amazing realtors, Anna and Katherine who helped us find our first house went way above and beyond. They helped us find trustworthy contractors and get work done so we could list our place, dealt with all our anxiety and stress as we tried to make sure everyone was safe and found us a stellar house. They went to bat for us in both transactions and did additional late night work to ensure our house closed on time. Even after it was all said and done, they came over personally with a plumber to help us figure out a leak two weeks AFTER we moved in. Simply put, they were the best.

We had a wonderful experience working with Anna Wolfe and would recommend her to anyone who is looking to sell or buy a house, an apartment...etc. Anna spent a tremendous amount of time and effort working with us. Anna was amazing from beginning to end, she understood what we wanted and did not pressure in any way. She kept us informed along the way and made it easy to understand.
