Katrina LaZar is an upper 1% realtor who treats her customers as if they were family. She takes the time to comprehensively understand the needs and desires of the client and constantly and consistently works toward delivering a positive final result. As a buyer's agent, Katrina's attention to detail is second to none. She is just as adept at understanding and communicating the ins and outs of all the different communities and neighborhoods in The Triad as she is at anaylyzing the positives and negatives of a house's build from the crawl space/basement up to the roofline and everything inbetween. Katrina always arrived at the property prepared with the age of all the house's systems (roof, hot water tank, HVAC system, etc. and also had a keen eye for details that either enhanced a house's worth and desirability or potential problematic issues that a buyer would want to know before making such a serious investment. Katrina doesn't leave a stone unturned.

I met Katrina by chance when I called her about another property she had for sale. From that moment she took the time to learn about me and my needs, and then worked to find me the right home. She is professional, responsive, and reliable. I never had the sense that she put her own interest or anyone else’s above my own. She gave us great advice concerning the payment of closing cost. She arranged our home inspection and helped me to determine who to call for Utilities.
