Mike was fantastic and went the extra mile for me and my wife. He understood our needs and what we were looking for when selling our home and finding a new one. And we found it! Mike provided an excellent experience in buying my new home. He and the team he works with answered all my questions and made the entire process so easy to go thru. This is my second time using Mike and I highly recommend using him. You will not be disappointed with the amount of care they provide during the buying process and even in the moths after closing is done they are always there. Ask for Mike! Mike Davis is THE best out there!!! If you’re looking for a realtor that knows the business, has the tenacity to stick it out, and negotiation skills to land the perfect home for you, then look no further. My husband and I sold our home with Mike and then were looking for a home in NC near the VA border while also working with another agent looking at homes in VA near the NC border, which was fully disclosed to both realtors. The difference in experience with the two realtors was night and day. Mike was fully vested in finding us the perfect home and trust me, he took the time to show us EVERY home on our list which was not for the faint of heart.
