We are non-residents of Minnesota with Minnesota acreage to sell that had been in the family for many years. While we have never had the opportunity to have met Angie, she was able to provide excellent service from a long distance. Angie was very helpful in answering all of our questions and keeping us updated with respect to the progress of the sale. We were very happy with the closing of the sale and the service Angie provided.

Angie is a nice person, and particularly good at what she does. We would recommend Angie to anyone buying or selling a home or any real estate. And she was quick to answer questions, and always available on short notice. She worked well with us, and for us to get our property sold quickly and efficiently.

Angie is very organized and responsive with any questions we had as we moved from the Cities to Little Falls. Her work ethic is strong and she's very detail oriented. She's also very good at suggesting good local resources such as a mover, contractor, mechanic, and so forth.
