Angi was hired to sell my property, but unfortunately she couldn’t sell it. My employer was offering a $10k buyer’s bonus, and Angi failed to advertise that for a few weeks, despite me making her aware through text msgs and emails. She only advertised the bonus, when my employer contacted her. She also charged me a $500 hocus charge that she initially said was for mowing the yard 10 times between August 14th through September 27th, and when I questioned the charge, it became a maintenance fee charge. The way she advertised the house was very poor as my house had so many add ons such as a covered patio, and none of them were mentioned on the ad. I do not recommend her, if you want to sell your property.

I spent a whole weekend in KY looking at houses and Steve was very helpful through the whole thing. He drove us around to look at a dozen houses that he had found that matched our needs. He was knowledgeable about the pros and cons of the neighborhood. He was very responsive and made the whole buying process very easy and understandable. He also rented out his personal home to us while we were in transition. Even after a whole year, the Clines still check on us occasionally to see how we are doing.

Excellent team! Always responsive and willing to go above and beyond expectations. Loved working with Angi and Steve and would do it again in a heartbeat if we ever needed to find a new home.

I absolutely would highly recommend Steve and Angi Cline. They are outstanding realtors. Steve helped me when I moved in to Bowling Green in 2015 and Angi helped me when I moved away from Bowling Green in 2017. I was extremely happy with both of them. They were patient with me; they steered me in the right direction. I can honestly say that they had my best interest at heart. I felt like they were more like friends to me than just being my realtor. If someone is looking to purchase or sell a home in the Bowling Green, KY area, they would do themselves a great benefit by acquiring the services of Steve and Angi Cline. Steve Avery

My family has relocated on several occasions to several different states due to jobs. And The Cline Team is by far the best Broker's we have worked with hands down! Both Angi and Steve are very knowledgeable and took great care to provide services above and beyond.
