Angela Beldy was amazingly responsive in helping me find my home. She and Ann Lenane were very knowledgeable about the market here in Lakewood and offered helpful suggestions. Angela walked me through and explained the process from making an offer to the closing. She and her team answered every question I had and Kelli O'Brien made sure I had all the timely electronic correspondence needed.

Angela was fantastic to work with. I have a chaotic schedule and she was always willing to work around it to make things easier for me. She was fantastic in guiding me in situations where I didn't see certain things about a property and ensuring that I had a big picture view of what was there. We toured a lot of homes before finding "the one" she was always willing to go see yet another one when I was still searching. The closing was a without issue with her assistance. She answered all of my questions and worked well with my lender. My purchase could not have been easier.

After falling in love with Evergreen, a friend hooked us up with Angela Beldy and her team to get through the home finding and buying process. Angela made the usually-painful process as smooth as it could possibly be. She is super proactive and always kept both my wife and me up to date with each of the myriad steps. We weren't in the top of the market (e$pecially in Evergreen), but we felt like a top priority at all times. It was great to come out with a house we love and no bad memories of the transaction. Absolutely, wholeheartedly recommend.
