Anette was wonderful!! As first-time home-buyers, we were certainly out of our element and wanted to work with someone who would guide us through every step of the process. We definitely weren't prepared for all that was ahead of us, but Anette was available whenever we had questions, clarified every step of the way, and helped us make informed decisions. Anyone who has Anette in their corner is lucky and in for a meaningful experience!

Anette helped me throughout the entire process. First she helped by giving me a market value on my property so I knew how much I could spend on my new home. Then she made sure my property was listed in a realtor guide for Northeastern Oregon. Anette is a good communicator and she has great ideas and selling points. She responded to my questions and concerns in a timely manner. I had worked with Anette when buying my home in 2015, so I was comfortable and confident knowing she has a fabulous work ethic. If one wants a pleasant experience, I highly recommend Anette.

I did not want to hire a real estate agent. My thought was that I could sell my house myself and save money. But I was wrong . Things got crazy, with people stopping by at all times and offers that I could not manage on my own. When I contracted with Anette, she handled everything professionally and sensitively. Anette was very responsive to my needs. The house sold quickly and smoothly. I am sure that I would not have done nearly as well without Anette. I would hire her again with no hesitation.
