Andy did an excellent job handling both of our escrows. We sold a house in Nevada and bought a house in California. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and responsive. We would highly recommend him to anyone, especially if they need someone who can conduct transactions in both states. At times there was a lot happening at once and Andy handled it all seamlessly.

Andy was great to work with during the purchase of my first home. After viewing several homes, Andy was clear and forthcoming with the homes deficits, which helped me make informed decisions. Finally, Andy suggested we take a look at a home he had in mind for us, and it was a great fit. Andy was very responsive and logical during escrow, and he navigated several challenges for me- alleviating some of the pressures of buying a home. If you are looking for a great realtor that will be honest and have the best intentions at all times, I highly recommend Andy.

One of the first things you will come to notice about Andy, is he is willing to go the extra mile. Whether it involves poring through listings or driving you to the tops of mountains in search of that perfect space, the odds are you will tire before he does. He is well seasoned and knowledgeable on all aspects of real estate and we learned a lot from him. Very personable and importantly, available. When negotiating with other people or other entities, he is also a talented mediator. You would do well to have Andy on your team.
