Andy, was great! Friendly, knew the neighborhood, the area, and the market. He made the complete process easy and understandable. He is a great realtor! He was recommended to me by a realitor where I am looking to buy our new house. He communicated via email, text messages and we were able to sign all the documents via the computer or on my phone. He gave us great advise about issues that came up.

My husband and I started working with Andy three years ago. He was always quick to answer questions about the properties we were interested in. When it came time to put an offer in on the house we love, Andy became a super hero to us! As first time home buyers we knew little to nothing. Luckily Andy was there answer our questions and calm our anxieties any time of the day! He is knowledgeable, patient, and extremely pleasant to work with. Andy was great to work with . made it easy for me. Hope to do more deals in the future, he has many contacts,and a lot of knowledge about the area. Andy also helped me sell a house in Fresno by putting together a team , to do an estate sale,market and sell the house. Andy was very helpful through the whole process.
