Andy provided our family with superior service. This was a Probate sale and he absolutely knew the in's and out's of what has to be done in this type of a transaction. His knowledge of the Merced area was exceptional, and he helped us work through the details and pricing of the sale. Our final Buyers had an especially difficult agent and Andy worked diligently with her and finally got the sale completed to our satisfaction. What a professional he is!! Andy and his team are exceptional! When I first met with Andy and told me he could have my home sold within a month, I was hesitant, but ready to go. We had many hiccups to work through, yet Andy was right there whenever I had questions or concerns. The knowledge Andy and his team has is amazing. I HIGHLY recommend Andy and his team. When I was overwhelmed with the process, he would say, "We've got this, D!" and in the end everything worked out.

Andy as beyond helpful in a difficult sale. My grandmother left us her home and with five family members listed on the will, you can imagine the situation. Andy remained helpful through the process and we honestly could not have sold without his patience. Thanks again Andy!

Andy was the greatest help any first time home buyer can ever get. He was there explaining the steps, always communicating in a timely manner and being the support we needed. The representation he provided felt like if we known him for a long time. I recommend Andy to anyone trying to buy or even sell a house. ESPECIALLY FIRST TIME HOME BUYERS.
