Andy did a great job selling our mom’s home after we had to move her to assisted living. He came out to the house and walked us through the process. He asked all kinds of questions so he could get to know the home and neighborhood. When we were ready to list, he was there every step of the way and with only one weekend on the market we received multiple offers. He walked us through every offer, answering all our questions and helping us find the right one to accept. My mom’s house sold so fast, which we needed to happen, because Andy understands the market and how to price the house to sell. We appreciated his honesty in telling us a realistic selling price. We ended up getting over asking! Andy was with us through closing and made it a very easy experience. We would highly recommend Andy for Selling or Buying a home and wouldn’t hesitate to work with him in the future!

we had a good experience with Andy and his team, they did everything that they said they would do in a timely manner. The house sold for well over asking price. on 2nd day the house was on the market. Andy was very helpful in explaining the process. helping us with preparing the house for the sale.

After listing our house with a different agent and having a horrible experience, we sought out Andy for his experience with real estate and the neighborhood. He was exactly the fit we needed. He explained his marketing strategy and had it listed quickly with a great attention to detail. With the help of Andy and team, we had multiple offers on our house within a couple of days. His team was very responsive with my questions during and after the sale and I can't say enough nice things about the team. We appreciate everything they did to get our house sold and make the experience enjoyable!
