I don't ever write reviews unless it is truly deserving. Andrew Martinez is someone who goes above and beyond to sell your home. He has sold two of our properties in the past 5 years. Andrew exceeded our expectations with both transactions. Most recently, Andrew sold our home in about 3 months in a saturated market. He got us top dollar for our property. If you want someone who is 110% dedicated to helping you get the maximum value for the sale of your home in record time, Andrew is your guy. He was always readily available to answer any of our questions and address our concerns. He made everything so easy for us-- from staging our home, to finding reasonable vendors to make improvements to our home before placing on the market, to orchestrating top notch open houses to showcase our home. He has an excellent eye for detail as well as great negotiation skills. If you want a stress free experience with amazing results, Andrew is the realtor for you. We would use him again and again to sell or purchase a home. Update 2/2024: Once again we used Andrew to sell another property. He went above and beyond. He prepared and presented the rental property so well that we were able to sell at maximum value and in minimum time again! Andrew puts so much effort into getting you the most for your properties. I would 100% use his services over and over again!!!

I have been fortunate to find multiple tenants to lease our house in Chino Hills, CA. through Andrew Martinez and Vantage Realty. Mr. Martinez is very knowledgeable and very thorough in the process of screening tenants and doing the proper background checks to ensure prospective tenants are financially qualified and have no criminal history. Mr. Martinez has a wide real estate network of clients which has enabled him to find high quality tenants both locally and nationally. Due to his real estate knowledge and communication abilities Mr. Martinez is a skilled negotiator if there are any landlord/tenant lease details to be worked out. I was helping to search for a reliable real estate professional for one of my good friends. They are a dime a dozen in Southern California. You never know who just has a license and who can provide legitimate counsel on the industry. Andrew guided one of my good friends on how to purchase, then coordinated her remodel, and helped her sell a short time after for profit. Many people these days are curious about real estate investments. Andrew brought insight to tax shelters and how to limit investment liabilities with the FTB and IRS.

Andrew is very professional and knowledgeable of the industry. He basically held our hand throughout our first home buying process. He always responded to our text messages and phone calls. He is very patient and always answered our questions thoroughly. We beat 21 offers to get our dream home and I know it wouldn't have been possible without Andrew.
