Andrea did everything you would expect and then more! I knew from my first meeting with her that she would be the one to get my house sold. She covered all the bases, was always ready with advice and followed up every time when a problem would occur. She served as both a seller agent and buyer agent for me. She definitely always acted in the interest of her client, in this case me!

Andrea Cooper did an exceptional job with selling my house. My house sold within 10 days of listing it in the mls. Andrea was able to handle the sale professionally and without issues while I was out of state and also while the covid-19 outbreak was happening in the philadelphia area! Kudos to Exp realty for being a virtual agency as they were prepared to work remotely while the coronavirus shut down other brick and mortar real estate offices. I would definitely use Andrea again to handle my real estate needs as she was able to get the job done well even during hard times!

Andrea did. Great job fir us she was our second realtor the first didn’t even secure an offer Andrea got us an offer and a buyer within a month we worked through the home inspection and the settlement went like clockwork

The sale of my mother's home was easy with Andrea. She gave me a detailed timeline of activities, provided me with referrals for work that needed to be completed on the house, and walked me through all of the required documents. Having access to the Showing Time app was a big help, as was the electronic signature tool. Thanks to Andrea, the entire sales process went smoothly.
