Nick was very helpful with the negotiation skills he used to help me purchase this property. He was at my side at times I did not realize he was putting his skills to work. I would not hesitate to ask Nick for his aid in the future when I am looking to buy or sell any property. I will go to him for any future property transactions from because I know I can count on his professional skills for help!

I want to express how much my Agent was so amazing at taking care of me.She worked endlessly on getting me my home to the point that my first house backed out on our deal at the last minute and Raychel went so far out her way on her birthday to get me the house I’m in now.Almost like not even stepping off a beat and still closed in time for me to get out of my rental.i couldn’t be more proud of having her on my side.Shes truly the best and I promise you she will look out for your best interest and will fight for you till you get the home you need and want.i highly recommend her as the Agent that you need. She is amazing and you will not regret it.

Raychel did an outstanding job assisting with the purchase of my new home. Her expertise in the field helped guide me from start to finish. She was readily available to answer any questions and would randomly check in with me throughout the week to discuss the progress of the purchase. She listened to all of my concerns and addressed them in a timely manner. She truly made the buying process so much easier.

Raychel made our home buying experience seamless and she was very easy to work with. So accommodating and patient when it came to all of my requests. She was very responsive and knowledgeable when it came to answering my many questions. I have highly recommended her to all of my family and friends!

I would not recommend using Connie Leonard as your realtor. She was friendly and responsive which we appreciated but she did not help us find all of the information we needed, she seemed more interested in making a sale than helping us, and she was not a good negotiator. She has another very bad review out there. We assumed that it was due to the buyer purchasing sight unseen and gave her the benefit of a doubt. By the time we had gotten some bad vibes we were already far along in the buying process and went ahead with the deal because we lie the house. There were multiple warning signs that we did not take enough note of. I did research and found that one of the first houses we looked at was in a 100 year floodplain. Connie said, "well that only happens every 100 years so you are fine!"......That isn't how flood plains work. A 100 year flood can happen more than once in a single year! Later when we found another house we liked, she advised us to bid close to asking price because we might offend the seller and she "knew we wanted to save every penny but also wanted us to get the house" she also discouraged us from asking for all of the repair money we wanted. We asked anyway and when they countered Connie told us that they seemed upset and wanted to back out unless we took the deal. She may have been right that they wouldn't budge more on the price but they did not have other offers and I regret that we didn't negotiate harder. She seemed more interested in closing than helping us to get the price we wanted. We also saw her calculating her cut of the sale on her phone while showing us the house which we felt was classless. We told her we wanted to purchase two lots next door to the house so that we could have a larger yard. We told her that it was very important to us and could affect whether we wanted the house. She told us that she could help us get in touch with the owners. For weeks she said that she was trying to get in touch and was having trouble. She said "let's take it step by step and close on the house first." On the day of closing, we realized that one of those lots is a small strip that includes a small part of our house! Suprisingly, when we tried to reach the owner he answered the phone immediately! We had to pay this landowner whatever price he wanted if we wanted to own an overhanging window in our home! It is our own fault for not getting a survey but Connie did not advise us to even when we asked and it did not seem like she put any effort into getting us the information about the owner. Connie also provided us with roof inspectors that she knew personally and now we are having a leak in the roof. We are first time homebuyers and we are responsible for any lapses in our research. It has been difficult learning so much about homebuying so quickly. We trusted Connie to guide us and advocate for us. We felt that Connie, though friendly, did not have our best interests in mind. In our minds she did not put in enough effort to deserve whatever cut of the sale she was calculating on her phone that day.
