Kat did a fantastic job helping us look for houses! She was very familiar with the area which helped tremendously and had a good understanding of our needs. Kat was very responsive the entire time. We were able to place an offer on a home but unfortunately it fell thru due to an inspection that uncovered many, many major issues and also learning there was a lien on the home. This was the fault of the seller though and not Kat. We are still working together and looking for homes that meet at our criteria. Kat is so honest and caring that we wouldn’t even consider another Realtor!!

I purchased my first home from Raychel. I was nervous and had no idea what I was doing. Not only did she take the time to walk me through the process, she gave me personal recommendations and advice. I never at any point felt pressured or rushed. Easy process and 10/10 recommend her.
