I had an excellent experience working with Amy Chance. She took the time to understand exactly what my husband and I were looking for in an apartment—budget, location, amenities. She was responsive and flexible and scheduled all our tours for us, which saved a ton of time. We ended up finding an apartment we love. Highly recommend her service to anyone looking for a stress-free housing search!

Amy, Kayla, and her team were the listing agents on a short sale we did, and they were nothing short of fantastic! The transaction was extremely complex and took a lot of perseverance, but they saw it through til the very end, refusing to give up on the seller. Their customer service is off the charts! Would give them more than 5 starts if possible!

Process was quick and easy and I stayed fully informed throughout. I’m a seller from out of state so this was awesome to feel so well informed. I would definitely recommend for a realtor!!!! My property was listed and sold for full asking price the day the sign hit the land, couldn’t ask for a better experience.
